Spaghetti Inspector Discord Terms of Service
Effective July 20, 2026. These terms apply when you install, authorize, or use the Spaghetti Inspector Discord app.
Acceptance and eligibility
By installing, authorizing, or using the app, you agree to these terms, Discord's terms, and the community rules. You must be allowed to use Discord and have permission to install the app on the selected server.
Purpose
The app helps run the official Spaghetti Inspector community by creating and maintaining approved roles, channels, help forums, announcements, starter guidance, moderation settings, and invite links.
Permitted use
Use the app only for lawful community management, support, discussion, and related Spaghetti Inspector activities. Do not use it to spam, harass, impersonate, bypass access controls, spread malware, collect data unlawfully, or disrupt Discord or another service.
Server authority and permissions
The person authorizing the app confirms that they may manage the server. The app can use only the permissions granted during installation. Server owners remain responsible for reviewing those permissions, supervising moderators, and removing the app when it is no longer wanted.
Purchases and product access
A Discord membership or role does not prove a Spaghetti Inspector purchase. Do not redistribute the paid installer or share receipt links, download codes, passwords, or other private access. For purchase or download help, email [email protected].
Availability and changes
The app may change, pause, or stop as the community changes or when security, legal, or Discord requirements make it necessary. OQE Labs may update the server setup or requested permissions when reasonably needed. Standard setup will not request Administrator permission.
Enforcement and termination
OQE Labs may limit app access, cancel invitations, remove content, or suspend community access because of abuse, security risks, legal duties, or broken terms or rules. A server owner may remove the app at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided as available and is not guaranteed to run without interruption or errors. To the extent allowed by law, OQE Labs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages caused by use of the app.
Privacy, changes, and contact
